Every year, the admission process for new students takes place at the Jamea on specific dates of the month of Shawwal, according to the Arabic calendar. The admission rules are provided below :

• Step 1: (Form Collection & Completion): Collect the admission form from the designated room assigned to each respective class (Jamat) and fill it out accurately
• Step 2: (Admission Test): Appear for the scheduled admission test (both written and viva/oral) using the filled-out form.
• Step 3: (Talimat Approval): After passing the examination, visit the Talimat Office to obtain the signature of the Nazem-e-Talimat (Director of Education) on the form.
• Step 4: Next, proceed to the main Jamea office to meet with the Hazrat Naib-e-Raisul Jamea (Vice Principal).
• Step 5: (Final Approval): Finally, visit the Ehtemam Office to obtain the signature of Hazrat Raisul Jamea (Principal) to fully complete the admission process.
