In line with the blessed directions given by Rasulallah, the great scholar of Islam, Arifbillah shaikh ul hadith Hazrat Moulana Shah Abdul Mateen bin Hussain Sahib, in the presence of nationally and internationally Mashahikh and famous religious leaders laid the foundation for this institute. In light of the teachings of the great, pious predecessors and keeping in mind the foundational purpose of life, this Institute was established along international standards so that at every level, pious, God-fearing, sincere, trustworthy Ullama e Deen-who in the true sense will be the representatives of Rasulullah may be nurtured. Those who would be able to defend true, authentic Islamic teachings and Islamic culture and work for its elevation. Those who would steadfastly follow the rules of pious living, as inculcated by the predecessors, serve their Deen and fulfill their worldly responsibilities, considering these as their life purpose and obligation.
